Supporting-document index
Register supplied records by category, source and working reference.
Working Form E document pack
Create a clear supporting-document index for your own or your legal adviser’s review when working with Form E.
UK-wide online document support; Form E is a jurisdiction-specific process and service availability does not determine which procedure applies.
What the service does
The records used alongside Form E may sit across different accounts, pensions, properties, employers, liabilities and business interests. A structured index makes those supplied records easier to navigate.
Disclosure Assist prepares working document material only. It does not complete legal answers, decide what must be included, certify or sign Form E, or advise on the applicable procedure.
Register supplied records by category, source and working reference.
Arrange bank records chronologically and flag apparent gaps or overlaps for review.
Group pension, property, income, mortgage, liability and business material clearly.
Track items against the customer’s requested scope without asserting a legal requirement.
A controlled workflow
The customer or adviser identifies the categories and working output needed.
Inventory documents without treating the public website as an evidence-upload route.
Apply working names and references across the supplied financial records.
Show apparent statement gaps, overlaps and duplicate records for review.
Create the agreed index and checklist with unresolved questions visible.
Legal answers, final content, certification and signing remain outside the service.
Service detail 01
The working pack may cover statements, payslips and other income records, pension documents, property and mortgage records, liabilities and company or business documents supplied by the customer.
Each item retains a source reference so an index can support review without becoming a legal statement about completeness.
Service detail 02
A checklist can compare records received with categories or date ranges requested by the customer or adviser. Apparent gaps and unreadable documents are flagged neutrally.
Disclosure Assist does not decide whether an asset, account or document must legally be included.
Service detail 03
The online organisation service may be used across the UK, but Form E and related procedure do not operate identically in every UK jurisdiction.
Customers remain responsible for confirming the correct process and obtaining qualified advice where needed.
Clear service boundary
Disclosure Assist organises supporting records and may prepare a clearly labelled working document pack. We do not act as legal adviser, decide required contents, complete legal answers, value assets, certify or sign Form E, represent customers, or guarantee procedural compliance or outcomes.
Disclosure Assist provides technical and administrative document support. We are not a solicitors' firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Pricing and access
Get an estimated workload using our Start Here estimator. Final scope, cost, intake method and capacity are confirmed after an initial review.
Disclosure Assist is a UK-wide online service. No travel or in-person appointment is required, and the public enquiry form does not accept evidence.
