Administrative document support

Court & Tribunal Document Support

Scope another court form, tribunal document, schedule or specialist working-document requirement without assuming the legal process.

For document-heavy requirements that do not fit another named commercial service.

What the service does

A controlled route for other document requirements

You do not need to identify the perfect service before starting. Describe the broad process, supplied material and requested output for administrative review.

A form name is not a Matter Type, and we do not infer that a process applies because a dispute looks similar.

01

Custom scope

Define the requested administrative output and supplied information.

02

Document organisation

Structure mixed supplied records and references.

03

Schedule or index support

Prepare agreed working tables or lists.

04

Review gates

Keep legal or procedural questions with the responsible person.

A controlled workflow

From first estimate to working handover

  1. 01

    Describe the workload

Use New Matter to share a broad, non-sensitive overview. Do not upload evidence on the public website.

  2. 02

    Confirm scope and quote

We review the requested output, material types and appropriate secure intake route before work begins.

  3. 03

    Prepare working material

We organise supplied information and prepare only the agreed technical or administrative outputs.

  4. 04

    Review, QC and handover

The responsible customer or adviser reviews decisions before technical QC and secure handover.

N170 administrative support

HMCTS describes Form N170 as a pre-trial checklist used ahead of trial in cases allocated to the fast, intermediate or multi-track, subject to the court’s directions.

We may organise customer-supplied information into working material. We do not decide compliance, answer legal questions, or determine witnesses, experts, strategy or readiness.

Service detail 02

Other court and tribunal documents

The service can cover an unusual index, schedule, form-support or document-preparation requirement where the requested work stays technical and administrative.

Scope review does not conclude that a form or procedure applies.

Clear service boundary

Custom support remains technical and administrative

Disclosure Assist does not determine form applicability, legal compliance, witnesses, experts, readiness, relevance, privilege, admissibility, truth, liability, strategy or outcome. We provide no legal advice, advocacy, filing or representation.

Disclosure Assist provides technical and administrative document support. We are not a solicitors' firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
