What the service does
Bundle organisation that follows controlling directions
CPR 39.5 says that, unless the court orders otherwise, the claimant must file a trial bundle containing documents required by a relevant practice direction and any court order.
Practice Direction 32 includes general bundle provisions, including continuous pagination and an index with document descriptions and page numbers. Case-specific orders, specialist rules and directions control what is required.

PD32 says the trial bundle should normally be continuously paginated and indexed with a description of each document and page number, unless the court orders otherwise. It also addresses typical contents and chronology where appropriate.
