Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to public enquiries and, where agreed, the technical and administrative services provided by Disclosure Assist.

Last updated and effective: 31 August 2026.

About us

Disclosure Assist is the trading name of TECH PRO 247 LTD (Company No. 14721998), registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 76 Southdown Crescent, Harrow, HA2 0QS, United Kingdom.

Service scope and boundaries

We provide technical and administrative document, evidence and disclosure-support services within an agreed scope. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal strategy or a determination of legal obligations, relevance, privilege, admissibility or outcome.

You remain responsible for your matter, decisions, deadlines, instructions and the material you provide. We process material as supplied and do not authenticate it or determine its truth, accuracy, reliability or evidential weight.

Quotes, scope and dates

Any estimator output or enquiry response is indicative only and is not a binding quote. Work starts only after scope, fees and other applicable terms have been agreed. Standard and Fast Track are managed service classes available only where we confirm eligibility and capacity. A requested important date is not a guarantee of acceptance, completion, handover or any legal or court deadline.

Your obligations and transfer of material

Provide accurate, lawful instructions and only material you are entitled to share. Do not send evidence, attachments, passwords or sensitive case material through a public form or ordinary email. We will give secure-transfer expectations where appropriate. You are responsible for keeping originals and for checking working outputs and instructions before use.

Fees, changes and cancellation

Fees, payment timing and deliverables are set out in the agreed scope or invoice. If the scope, material volume or requirements change, we will explain the effect and obtain approval before additional chargeable work proceeds. Cancellation and any refund position depend on the agreed scope, work already authorised or completed, and applicable law.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in your supplied material. Subject to payment of agreed fees, you may use agreed deliverables for your own matter. We retain rights in our methods, templates, systems and pre-existing materials.

Confidentiality and privacy

We will handle information in accordance with applicable confidentiality obligations and our Privacy Notice. These terms do not authorise public-form evidence uploads or replace any project-specific data-handling instructions.

Availability and limitations

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but availability, timing and communications can be affected by capacity, third parties and events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee a particular result, acceptance of work, legal outcome, court filing, delivery date or uninterrupted availability.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss arising from material supplied, customer instructions or decisions, or loss caused by a missed date that we did not expressly agree in writing to meet. Any liability is otherwise limited to the fees paid for the affected agreed service, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Contact us at contact@disclosureassist.co.uk.
