Modular scope
Indexing only, selected outputs or broader support
An Indexing Only customer receives document organisation, source/provenance references, supported metadata, organised naming/numbering, a searchable document index and basic exact-duplicate QC. Chronology, disclosure schedule, N265 and bundle preparation are not added automatically.
Indexing + Chronology adds factual timeline work. Indexing + Disclosure Preparation adds a working schedule. Full Disclosure Support is a broad preset, but the confirmed scope still records the exact modules and does not assume N265 or bundle work is necessary.
Confirmed scope
The agreed initial work before activation
Before paid work begins, the proposed file structure, complexity, selected modules, timing, capacity and intake method are reviewed. The accepted scope version is then confirmed and must not be silently changed.
If the estimated high range exceeds 40 hours, the case requires manual scope review. No automatic range is treated as an approved scope or price.
Additional work
New evidence or changed requirements require control
Supplemental evidence may increase work within confirmed modules, but it does not automatically authorise chronology, N265, bundle or disclosure-schedule work. New modules or material changes require a revised estimate and customer approval before additional work proceeds.
Transfer method is separate from workload complexity. A physical-media route does not automatically increase or determine the service price.
Final invoice
Actual authorised work under the agreed charging model
The final invoice reflects authorised work performed under the agreed scope and charging model. It is not calculated from case value or a promised outcome.
Cancellation, refund, deposit and physical-media terms remain subject to an approved production policy and are not invented on this page.

Pricing questions
Is the estimator a fixed quote?
No. It is an indicative range based on the answers supplied. Scope and capacity are confirmed before paid work begins.
Do I have to buy full disclosure support?
No. You can select indexing only, a preset such as indexing plus chronology, or a custom combination of technical and administrative modules.
Are attachments charged twice?
Shared processing and attachment relationships are counted once where the approved estimator reuses the same work.
Does urgency change the price?
Fast Track is priority processing subject to capacity and may be priced separately after scope review. Short deadlines may route the work to manual review.
What happens when requirements change?
A material scope change or substantial new evidence requires a revised explanation and customer approval before additional work.
