This notice explains how Disclosure Assist handles public Request Scope & Quote enquiries. It does not replace a project-specific agreement or secure intake instructions.
Who is responsible for this information
The data controller for public enquiries is TECH PRO 247 LTD trading as Disclosure Assist (Company No. 14721998). Its registered office is 76 Southdown Crescent, Harrow, HA2 0QS, United Kingdom. Disclosure Assist is a service brand operated by TECH PRO 247 LTD; it is not a law firm, firm of solicitors or regulated legal practice.
What the form accepts
The form accepts contact details and a non-sensitive scoping summary, such as the requested service, broad workload information and any important requested date. Do not send evidence, attachments, passwords, detailed case facts or other confidential material through it.
How an enquiry is handled
The form validates the request and sends it to the Disclosure Assist professional-quotes mailbox. The website does not create a database record, CSV, JSON archive or uploaded file; after delivery, the request body is discarded by the website. The operational mailbox retains the delivered enquiry so that the request and related communications can be handled.
Retention of unconverted enquiries
Professional quote and scope enquiries that do not become customer matters may be retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted unless there is a documented legitimate reason to retain them longer. This is an operational policy, not a statutory retention period.
If an enquiry becomes paid work, relevant quote and scope correspondence may become part of the customer or matter administrative record. The retention period for those records is a separate policy decision and is not stated in this notice.

Service boundaries
Disclosure Assist provides technical and administrative support. It does not authenticate materials or determine truth, accuracy, reliability, evidential weight, legal validity, relevance, legal obligations or outcomes.
