Financial document organisation

Divorce & Financial Disclosure Document Support

Bring scattered financial records into a structured working pack for your review or your legal adviser’s review.

UK-wide online document support for individuals and advisers; the applicable legal procedure depends on the relevant jurisdiction.

What the service does

Make a complex financial record easier to navigate

Financial disclosure work can involve statements from several accounts, property and mortgage documents, pensions, income records, liabilities, spreadsheets and long correspondence chains.

Disclosure Assist inventories and organises the material supplied to the agreed scope. It does not decide what must legally be disclosed, value assets, advise on tax or settlement, or determine entitlement.

01

Statement organisation

Arrange supplied statements by institution, account and period, with duplicates and apparent gaps flagged.

02

Financial record index

Create a searchable register across income, pension, property, liability and supporting records.

03

Correspondence and chronology

Connect dated letters, emails and supporting documents without making factual findings.

04

Structured working handover

Prepare an agreed pack for customer or adviser review with unresolved questions visible.

Records we can organise

The scope may include bank and credit-card statements, payslips and income records, pension and investment documents, property and mortgage records, liabilities, spreadsheets and related correspondence.

Documents remain attributable to their supplied source. Working names and indexes do not silently alter the original received material.

  • Bank and credit-card statements
  • Income and pension records
  • Property and mortgage documents
  • Liabilities and supporting schedules
  • Letters, emails and other dated evidence

Apparent gaps, duplicates and uncertain records

Statement periods can be indexed to make obvious overlaps or apparent missing periods easier to review. A flag is not a conclusion that the legal record is incomplete.

Conflicting figures, uncertain ownership and legal disclosure questions remain visible for the customer and/or qualified adviser.

Service availability and legal procedure are different

Disclosure Assist provides an online document-organisation service across the UK. A named form or court process may apply only in a particular jurisdiction and may not operate identically in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The service organises documents for review and does not publish or apply unverified procedural rules.

Clear service boundary

Financial document support is not legal or financial advice

Disclosure Assist provides technical and administrative document organisation. We do not decide what must legally be disclosed, complete or certify a court form as legal adviser, value assets, determine entitlement, advise on tax or settlement, represent customers, or guarantee compliance or outcomes.

Disclosure Assist provides technical and administrative document support. We are not a solicitors' firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
