Civil disputes can generate letters, contracts, reports, spreadsheets, messages, photographs and long email chains across several folders or custodians. Disclosure Assist provides the technical and administrative layer needed to inventory that material and make it easier to review.
You can use Disclosure Assist for one stage—such as indexing—or for a broader workflow. The confirmed scope records only the modules requested, while supplied sources remain attributable and customer or legal decisions are presented rather than silently resolved.

From intake to a controlled working pack
The first task is to understand the shape of the collection: where files came from, which folders or mailboxes they belong to, and whether formats need special handling. That inventory becomes the reference point for later organisation.
Original supplied material is not casually renamed or merged. Working copies, neutral descriptions and proposed relationships are used so the review remains understandable and reversible.

Chronology, schedules and customer decisions
Dates and descriptions can be organised into a source-linked chronology or working schedule. If dates conflict, sources disagree or a description needs confirmation, the uncertainty is preserved for review.
Questions about relevance, privilege, waiver, without-prejudice status or final disclosure treatment remain for you and/or your legal adviser. Disclosure Assist can structure the question and record the answer, but does not make that legal decision.

Secure handling for manageable and large evidence sets
For active customer projects, secure evidence-transfer arrangements are provided according to the agreed intake method. The public website does not accept evidence.
Manageable initial sets may be eligible for future secure portal intake. Initial evidence above the configured 500 MB online threshold, and some structured sources, are routed to encrypted physical media without asking the customer to split the collection.

We do not determine what must legally be disclosed, decide final relevance or privilege, certify or sign an N265, represent customers, or guarantee court compliance, acceptance or outcomes. Final legal decisions and final review remain with you and/or your legal adviser.

Do you decide what must be disclosed?
No. We organise the material and can prepare working schedules or decision questions. Final disclosure treatment is a legal decision for you and/or your legal adviser.
Can you handle documents and emails together?
Yes. A working inventory can cover mixed files, messages and attachments while preserving their source relationships and avoiding duplicate processing where work overlaps.
Can you prepare a working disclosure schedule?
Yes, where included in the agreed scope. It remains working material for customer or legal-adviser review, not a final certified court document.
What happens with a large evidence set?
The estimator records approximate total size. Initial evidence above 500 MB, or some structured collections, follows an encrypted physical-media route after scope and payment.
