Verified N265 context
Practice Direction 31A says a disclosure list should normally be in Form N265. It describes date order, consecutive numbering and concise descriptions as normal list practices, with grouped descriptions possible for large similar categories.
If further documents come to light after a list has been prepared and served, PD31A describes a supplemental list. Court orders and current applicable rules remain authoritative.
